The Hayden Building
The Hayden Building in Chinatown is H.H. Richardson's last remaining commercial building in Boston. Historic Boston Incorporated purchased the building in 1993 and perforomed substantial exterior stabilization. Now, HBI is converting the vacant upper stories to distinct residential apartments.

Parque-Austral
Parque Austral is a science, technology and business park located 40 minutes from the center of Buenos Aires in the growing city of Pilar. It is set in 27 hectares of The Austral University campus and offers companies space in completed buildings (between 90 and 3,000 square meters) or a built-to-suit option. Furthermore, Incubator Space is offered to young companies and start-ups where they can have access to shared services and equipment.
